Objectives

Play as a Creative Research Methodology is an approach that uses artistic expression and playful interaction to generate, interpret or communicate research knowledge. It can be applied to various disciplines and purposes, such as education, health, social justice and innovation. This game was inspired by the work of Professor Nancy Nowacek and John Sharp from THE NEW SCHOOL , who advocate for play as a way of engaging with complex social issues and generating new insights.
